2 N.Z.E.F. Branch Favours Compulsion
Rejecting the views of its national headquarters, the Southland branch of 2 N.Z.E.F. Association, at its annual meeting passed a resolution fully supporting the Government’s military training scheme. The branch’s delegates to the Association’s annual conference were instructed to vote in favour of compulsory military training.
