As Mrs Caverhill is unable to attend the Dominion Council meeting, the appointment of Mrs McCallion to attend in her place was approved. The annual report, financial report and balance sheet were received from the Dominion Federation. An invitation was received from the Opotiki Institute to attend a banquet to celebrate their 21st birthday on August 18.
