Beautifying Society On Job Again
X The Beautifying Society is continuing its -work at the Domain ftoad Cemetery and a really good job is being done by those public* spirited citizens who come along to help. This winter the Society has a large programme of work and is anxious to complete the cemetery job. “We again makes an earnest appeal to owners of plots and those interested in the beautifying of the town to come and lend a hand tomorrow,” said the secretary, Mr G. W. Kemp yesterday. “Surely 100 men for one Saturday morning s work out of a population of 2,000 is not too much to ask.”
