CONDITIONS IDEAL DURING WEEK-END games Full advantage of the fine weather was taken by players of the Whakatane Bowling Club during the week-end. With greens in good order some enjoyable games were played. Results:—

SEASON CLOSING The Whakatane Bowling Club will officially close the 1948-49 season on Saturday.
