Cemetery Working Bee
Saturday’s working bee at the Domain Road Cemetery attracted close on 50 volunteer workers who made a big impression on the job in a little over three hours’ work. This week the Beautifying Society is making another appeal for volunteers to finish the job. On the principle that many hands make light work, the sponsors are calling for 150 workers. They calculate that number would make a clean sweep in very short time. Volunteers are to assemble at the Cemetery at 9 a.m. sharp Saturday.
