GARDEN WAS HANDY TO RAILWAY LINE
Railway guard Cyril Cples,* of Mogar, Chepstow, Monmouthshire, had a keen eye and a sure hand. The garden of his home lay beside the railway line. He worked on goods-trains on that line. They caught him tossing railway property neatly into his own garden. Now he is serving three months’ gaol.
