Miss Judy Ferguson, of Edgecumbe, was one of the entertainers, on Friday evening, giving vocal and pianoforte solos during the “Local Talent Session” at IYZ Studios Rotorua.
Major D. J. Ewert, M.C., and bar, who served during the last war with the Indian Army and L./Sgt. P. R. Pountney., M.M., late 2nd N.Z.E.F., of Murupara, will attend investitures, by the Governor-Gen-eral, Sir Bernard Freyberg, V.C., to be held at Auckland on May 19. and 20.
