Thornton Y.F.C. Wins Shield Again
By winning the Efficiency Shield again this year the Thornton Y.F.C. Club now has the distinction of be-
ing the holders for three years in succession, it was stated at the monthly meeting of the club. The shield is for competition between all Y.F.C. clubs in the Eastern Bay of Plenty. The club also had another win in Mr D. Jones, who was successful in the Bay of Plenty Porker Competi ■ tion.
