Awakeri ParentTeacher Association

The monthly meeting of the Awakeri Parent-Teacher Association was held last Thursday, Mr Bunyan presiding. After the general business had been dealt, with a discussion on the proposed Dental Clinic was held and owing to the difficulty in getting a builder it was decided to form a working bee to erect the building. Mr Bunyan handed over to Mr Anderson on behalf of the ParentTeacher Association a supply of paper towels for the school.

The entertainment side of the evening was in the form of art tuition, Mr Anderson being in the role of art master and some very good drawings were completed. Supper concluded the evening.
