National Candidate For Eastern Maori?

Understanding that Sir Apirana Ngata will not accept nomination as the National Party’s candidate for the Eastern Maori seat at the coming general election, the Ruatoki Branch of the Party decided at its annual meeting to nominate Mr Dan King of Rotorua for selection.
