Tough Guy?
Pedestrian Herman Nagel, of Long Beach, California, was recently charged with having struck a motor car. Police testified that Nagel drunkenly stumbled off a footpath and broke a window of a passing car. Nagel was fined 25 dollars (£7 12s 6d) for the assault.
