Miss Verna Head, Whakatane, leaves on Monday for Wellington. She will sail on the Wanganella on Wednesday for Sydney. Later Miss Head will proceed to Adelaide where her marriage to Mr Tom McCarthy, formerly cf the staff of the Bank of Australasia, Whakatane, will take place.
