Two Men Injured In Motor Smash

Two men were injured, one seriously a car in which they were travelling crashed in to the Ruatoki side of the bridge that crosses the Waimana River, at Taneatua, on Wednesday night. The seriously injured Mr T. Timutimu, Ruatoki, was admitted to the Whakatane hospital, where his condition is now reported *to be “satisfactory.” • . ' ' The other occupant of the car was Mr K. Poneke, also of Ruatoki, suffered cuts and abrasions to the face and necki Constable G. Thomaseh, Taneatua, attended the scene of the accident and later brought the two men to be treated at the Whakatane hospital.
