Hair Short, Hips Slim
Hair off and hips off at the same time is the new order in 'America’s beauty parlours, according to delegates at the Hairdressers’ Convention. Many are installing reducing machines and urging regular sessions to “take inches off without unpleasant exercise.” Simultaneously, or almost so, clients will be shorn to the new wavy short hair style.
