Chief Scout At Rotorua
Mr C. Kingsley-Smith, County Scout Commissioner and other district officers of the Scout and Guide movements, accompanied the groups of district Scouts, Cubs and Guides who attended the rally to welcome Lord Rowallan at Rotorua on Tuesday. Cub packs and scouts from Whakatane, Thornton and Edgecumbe attended the reception and all were impressed With Lord Rowallan’s easy friendliness and obvious attributes of leadership.
