Lodge Officers Installed At Edgecumbe

The half-yearly meeting and installation of officers of the Edgecumbe Lodge was held in the Central Theatre, Edgecumbe, recently. Arch Druid Bro. E. R. Lovegrove, presided. There was a large attendance of members, including visitors from Ponsonby and Whakatane Lodges. The Lodge was honoured by an official visit from Ramsbottom, Immediate Past Grand President of the North Island Jurisdiction, who was accompanied by District President Bro. H. C. Phillips, of No. 24 District. These distinguished visitors were duly received and officially introduced by the Master of Ceremonies, Past Arch Bro. C. Zinsli. Following routine business the Arch Druid Elect Bro. A. J. Jesperseh, after being presented, was installed into his high office in ac>cordarice with ancient custom. Officers installed:— Junior Past Arch, Bro. E. R. LoVegrove; Vice Arch, Bro. A. J. Sims; Inside Guardian, Bro. A. J. Blair; Outside Guardian, Bro. G. Murphy; Arch Druid Boards, Sisters O. Murphy and N. Huish; Vice Arch Bards, Bro. T. Blair and E. C. Parsons; Master - of Ceremonies, P.D.P. Bro. H. M. Carter.
