/ The monthly meeting of the Kowhai Women’s” Institute was held in. the Methodist Hall., :\ r An interesting film of India and Switzerland was shown.by Mr Hahn. A competition entitled “Childhood Memories” was enjoyed by all. Winners of other competitions were:— Scones: Mrs Hills 1, Mrs Stewart 2, Mrs Patterson 3. Fancy coat hanger: Miss Richardson 1, Mrs Stewart 2, Mrs Hills 3. An enjoyable supper was served by the hostesses.
