Challenge Games At Ohope Two challenge button games were played by the Ohope Bowling Club on Saturday. The weather was fine and the green fast. Challenge Button results:W. H. Steers (holder) 18 beat B. Murray 17; Steers 18 defeated T. Anstis 15. . Results of other games:— Taylor, Head 30 v Wilson, F. Gerfing 18; Rae, Harris 17 v Patterson, B. Gerring 16; Bradshaw, Nixon 25 v Leech, Anstis 13: Miller, Armistrong 23 v Clark, McCowan 18. Games were played on Sunday on a fast green, several visitors taking part. Results:— Clark, Comer, Warner 25 v Wilson, Gerring, Harris 24; Anstis, Miller, Carling, Mclsaac 23 v Steers, Bradshaw, Nixon, Head 18.
