Theft Alleged
Charged with the. theft of a tarpaulin valued at £6, Alexander William MacDonald of no fixed abode, appeared before Mr C. H. Brebner, J.P., in the Whakatane Police Court on Wednesday. MacDonald, who had been remanded from Hokitika, was again remanded and ordered to appear in the Whakatane Magistrate’s Court on December 7. '
