“Miss” Hayward?
Louis Hayward’s fan mail had him nonplussed, for a few moments, during the shooting of Eagle Lion’s “Repeat Performance.” The actor picked up one request from an admirer asking him for “a set of lip prints.” He finally got it straightened out. The letter had been sent to him by mistake. It was addressed to Miss (Rita) Hayworth.
