Tramping Club Activities
Meeting on Wednesday night, the Whakatane Tramping Club decided to continue its, activities throughout the summer. Next tramp, on November 21, will cover a section of hill country at the back of Whakatane, and the Club intends, as part of a long range plan for future activities. to explore and map the country surrounding the town and, later the upper reaches of the Waimana and Whakatane rivers.
