False Fire Alarms At Edgecumbe
Edgecumbe residents have experienced a number of false alarms of fire lately. The recent stormy weather has been the culprit, and apears to have brought on a slight defect in the electric system of -the alarm, which will be corrected in due course. The percentage of. Brigade members attending these calls has been very high. Even the 2.45 a.m. call found the Brigade ready, which says a lot for the efficiencyand reliability of the firemen.
