Eligible Bachelor
Rod Cameron is one of Hollywood’s most eligible bachelors, but those who write the gossip columns and follow romances in filmland are wondering how long the handsome star will remain in that status. The star of Allied Artists’ “Panhandle,” Cameron lives luxuriously in a swank bachelor’s apartment high in the Hollywood Hills, just off famed Laurel Canyon. The quarters reflect Cameron’s character and interest, particularly in the den, where trophies from his many hunting expeditions and his collection of valuable guns are displayed. - Here Cameron not infrequently entertains, giving small dinner parties to which .his close friends are invited. These affairs are informal—and for one reason. Cameron dislikes formality of - any sort.
On ’ occasions, ' Cameron squires some of Hollywood’s most glamorous young women, but his name so far has not been long linked romantically with any of them.
