Bay Fire Brigade Competitions: Teams And Delegates

Teams from ' the Whakatane and Rangitaiki Fire Brigades will be competing in the annual Bay of Plenty Fire Brigade competitions at Matamata this week-end. The local Brigades are also sending delegates to the conference which is to be held in conjunction with the contests.

Rangitaiki delegates to the conference are Supt. F. Villis and De-puty-Supt. T. Roberts. Whakatane will be represented by Foreman S. Dent.

Teams for the competitions-are:— Whakatane, Firemen D. G. McDonald, A. Theobald, J. Dent and Secretary A. Head. Rangitaiki, Supt. Villis, Foreman G. Hamilton, Driver T. Anderson; and Fireman S. Yardley.
