Hospital Statistics
According to the report of the medical superintendent, Dr E. T. Dawson, to the Hospital Board’s monthly meeting yesterday, there were 92 patients in hospital at the end of September, compared with 95 at the beginning of the month, during which 139 patients were admitted and 137 discharged. Five died. There were 43 births at the annexe. Six major and 43 minor operations were performed during the month:
