New officers took over this week, when re-elected President Harry Warren thanked all the old officers for their co-operation, and congratulated them and the chairmen of committees in particular on their work for the Club. Mr J. N. Moore, Manager .at Whakatane for R. Hannah and Co. Ltd., is being transferred on promotion to Feilding. He is being succeeded by Mr R. Easthope from Lower Hutt. Mr Easthope is an enthusiastic hockey player, served throughout the war," attained the rank of captain and was severely wounded at Rimini.
