C.'Benson v H. Twist £4 11s Sd and costs 27s 6d; J. J. Laskey v E. Ihaia £3 12s 6d and costs 15s; O. Wilson and M. S. Martin v Kine Te Oti, £34 3s Sd and costs £4 16s. Judgment summons orders: N. Karora to pay J. Jones Ltd. £4 3s in default 4 days’ gaol; August Kingi to pay Standard Trading Co. Ltd. £9 5s 6d, in default 9 days’ gaol; Jack Clayton to pay Brabant Bros Ltd. £3O 3s, in default 30 days’ gaol.
