Norman Sydney Andrews pleaded guilty to failure to observe the right-hand rule at an intersection with the Whakatane-Rotorua main on July .10. Constable
Julian explained that, in the collision which occurred with a car, Andrews’ motor-cycle was' considerably damaged, and Andrews himself received napuries that put him in hospital for a week. Defendant said his vision was obscured by a belt of. trees, and the road was wet and slippery from frost at the time.' He was convicted and discharged, and ordered to pay mileage only, 2s. Stanley John Park, convicted of failure to observe the right-hand rule, was *fined £1 , and costs. His vehicle had been involved in a collision with a motor-cycle.
