Actress As Waitress
To prepare herself for her role in her latest picture, Belita worked two days in a restaurant at Ocean Park, California. In “The Hunted,” produced for Allied Artists by Scott R. Dunlop, Belita portrays a waitress in a des-ert-town coffee shop. “I’ve been in many a coffee shop, like everyone else,” she explained. “But I actually know little of the job of a waitress. I wanted to find out, after I got this role in “The Hunted” opposite Preston Foster. So, under an assumed name, I got a job and worked as a hash-slinger for two days.” J
