’Tis rumoured with the persistence that suggests some truth that a pair of belated revellers, trying to row across the river to the Paper Mills about 2 a.m. Sunday, capsized and sank their boat and struggled • ashore minus a bicycle. Results of salvage efforts are not yet available.
