Caledonian Society’s Ball Though August 18 is a little way off yet, one of the stock greeting’s wherever friends meet has become. the question, “Going- to the Caledonian Ball?” Since someone coined the rhyming reply, “Aren’t we all?”, that, too, has become a standard conversation piece. It seems most people who enjoy a pleasant evening are determined not to miss this one. Last year, the Caledonian Ball was the outstanding event of the social season.
