Whakatane Women’s Golf
The second qualifying round for championships together with the July Extra Medal will be played on Wednesday. The draw will be the same as for last week. On Saturday, the third qualifying round will be played. The draw will be:— Miss Carter and Mrs Luxton, Miss Baxter and Miss Lane, Miss Otley and Mrs Berg, Mrs Burke and Miss Suckling, Mrs Smith' and Mrs Otley, Mrs Hay and Mrs Rowson, Miss Woolfield , and Miss Walton, - Miss Shapley and Miss Laurie, Miss McDiarmid and Miss Jamieson, Miss E. Hall and Mrs Thatcher, Miss M. Hall and Miss Murray, Miss Miles and Miss Mcßae.
