The security of such loan shall be a special rate of l/32d (one thirty second of one penny) in the £ on th©* rateable unimproved value of 1 all rateable property in the Bay of Plenty Electric-power District. Any person having any objection to the proposed application is called upon to submit the same in writing to the Bay of Plenty Elec-tric-Power Board not later than the day preceding the said meeting.
