Ohope Women’s Institute

Despite the bad weather a good muster of members attended the July meeting of the Ohope Women’s Institute. Four visitors from the Whakatane Institute attended and gave a very interesting demonstration on the making of paper hats. Competitions were, judged by Mrs Print of Whakatane and won by Mrs Sorenson (six violets), Mrs Dickson (three girdle scones).
