The four-ball best ball Stableford or Saturday was won by Pattison and R. Butler with 42 points. On a count back L. Luxton and Littlejohn, 41 points, were second ahead of C. B. Wylds and Mahoney, also 41, D. Luxton and Cantrell 39, Shuker and Eushett 38. Semi-finalists for the Clarke Cup a.> e Henderson v Burke and Bridger v Bell. Semi-finalists for the Reynolds Cup are Canning v Barry, Thomas v Akel.
Re-handicaps: D. C. Bull 18, R. E. Butler 10, M. Canning 19. On Saturday a qualifying round for the Fortune and Founders’ Cups and flights will be played, the best 16 to qualify for the Fortune Cup rti the next 16 for the Founders’ Cup*' and the remainder in flights. Players will arrange their own partners and go off in threes.
