Theft Alleged
Charged with the alleged theft of 16 jars of preserved fruit, and 57worth of flour, of a total value of £2 13s,' property of Mrs Lena Kingi, Albert Pukekura, 26-years-old labourer, of Taneatua, appeared before Messrs C. H. Christensen and I. B. Hubbard at the Police Court yesterday, pleaded not guilty, and was remanded for a week.
