Croquet Club Meeting
The annual meeting of the. Whakatane Croquet Club last, week was fully attended. The following officers were elected: President, Mrs J* Creeke; vice-president, Mrs <S. White; hon. secretary, Mrs Stone. At the conclusion of the meeting afternoon tea was served and presentations made to the past president, Mrs Burgess, and past secretary, Mrs Dillicar, for their valuable services to the club. Opportunity was also taken by country members to make a special presentation to Mrs Burgess.
