U.N. Appeal For Children
DISTRICT TALLY EXCEEDS £2,350 Mr L. D. Lovelock, district treasurer for the United Nations Children’s Appeal, reports that £2,350 17s 5d has been received to date, comprising the following district contributions:
Final returns have yet to come in from about half a dozen town collectors and from a few of the country districts, so it seems quite reasonable to hope that the district total might yet reach £3,500.
