Central Bay Hockey Representatives To Play Poverty Bay At Gisborne
The following teams have been selected to play for the Central Bay of Plenty Hockey Association against the Poverty Bay Association at Gisborne this Saturday:— Men: G. Bowden, P. Fraser, B. Nuku, K. Civil (Capt), J. J. Stringer, T. Ellis, R. Cox, Amia, B. Hill,
Campbell, Bunyan. Reserves: Prof-* fit and A. Corbett. Women: B. Newdick, M. Haimona, N. Howell, E. Edwards, E. Stones (Capt), D. O’Brien, K. Hunia (ViceCapt), Keepa, J. Chamberlain, T2r. Cannell, M. Raureti. Reserves: M, Thompson, B. Matchitt. The bus will leave Te Teko at 3 a.m., Edgecumbe 3.15 a.m., Awakeri 3.30 a.m., Green’s Corner Kopeopeo 4 a.m. Men playing in the teams are asked to bring black shorts and the women black skirts.
