“Educational scarves” are among the new fashion fabrics .in England says the New Zealand Wool Board. For little girls there* wilL-bd-"a wide square incorporating English road signs and many valuable warnings to motorists, produced at the request of school teachers whose duty it is to teach children the rules of the road. Full-size squares on road safety have been produced at the request of the West London Road Safety Committee.
