“Who is that man?” a small boy asked his father, pointing to a gentleman standing on the dais of the House of Representatives. “That is the Chaplain of the House.” “Does he pray for these men?” the boy inquired. “No, son. When he goes into the House he looks around at the members sitting there, and then he prays for the country.”
