First Maori Woman Doctor
When Mrs Rena Moore takes her degree next month she will become the first Maori woman doctor in New Zealand. Her example was cited by the Rt. Rev. F. A. Bennett, Bishop of Aotearoa, as an illustration of the ability of members of the Maori race to succeed in any pursuit.
