Waimana Man Crushed By Falling Tree
While helping to fell trees for firewood on his father’s “Raroa” property, Waimana, on Wednesday, Mr W. Wardlaw, aged about 19, was crushed by a falling trse and had to be admitted to the District Hospital. 1 Ho bones were broken and, though he was extensively bruised, Mr Wardlaw’s injuries are not serious.
