United Football Club Prepares For New Season
Sixty-five members were present at the annual meeting of the United Football Club on Tuesday night. At the conclusion of formal. business, the club went about organising future activities. This took up the remainder of the evening., • Officers elected were: Patron, Mr A. O. Stewart; president, Mr R. S. Buttimore; vice-presidents, Messrs P. Dixon, A. Morpeth, H. McGougan, S. S. Shapley, P. Coutts, C. S. Armstrong, H. H. Armstrong, J. B. McKenzie, J. Black;: secretary, Mr G. B. Goodall; treasurer, Mr J. Taylor; club captain, Mr B. Norman; delegates to the Rugby Union, Messrs P. Bryers, S. 8.. Carter; coaches, Messrs J. Rolfe, P. Bryers and G. Gordon.
