Petrol For Meetings
He understood /the usual thing was for those who needed it to apply personally for special licenses, said Mr J. Mullins, chairman, in answer to Mrs D. E. Sumner’s inquiry at Thursday’s Hospital Board meeting, as to what the position was concerning petrol for Board members to attend meetings. Mr Mullins added that it had been his experience when petrol was rationed before that all reasonable applications got favourable consideration.
