Further Remand
On the application of Mr G. Otley, the police consenting, a further remand to March 15, at Whakatane, was granted in the case of a middleaged man, until lately resident at Ohope, charged with failure to account for £4 7s 6d to the Castello Wine Company, Auckland. _A request for interim suppression of the name was granted and bail £I.OO (self) and one surety of £IOO, was renewed.
