Miss June Wilson at present teaching at Te Aroha returned to Ohope for the week-end.

Miss Margaret Dines, of Whakatane, left on Saturday on a short visit to her sister in Morrinsville.

Mr R. O. Grant of the Whakatane Pape'r Mills left for his home in Te Puke today.

Misses Irene Stewart and Marie Cole, of Morrinsville, left Ohope yesterday for Gisborne on the final tour of their holiday.

Mr W. McDonnell of the Whakatane branch of Self Help is spending his annual holidays in Cambridge. Mr J. Sutherland of the Tauranga branch is relieving him.

Mr R. Notly, accountant of the Whakatane branch of the Union Bank of Australia, has been transferred to the Marton branch of manager. He leaves on February 26. Mr D. M. Ross, of the Timaru branch, will be replacing Mr Notley as accountant. He will be arriving on February 25.
