Alleged Indecent Assault On Boy: Man Remanded, Name Suppressed
Charged with indecent assault on a young boy, a man who was arrested on Wednesday was brought before J’s P at Whakatane and remanded to appear again next Wednesday. He was released On .£3OO bail, £l5O on his own recognisance and one surety of £l5O. Mr G. Otley, for the accused, asked to have the name suppressed at this stage, and the request was granted.
