“We in Yugoslavia do not believe ‘that a war is inevitable, and we do •not think that the social, economic and political differences of various •countries are an obstacle to world peace,” said Dr G. Zarkovich, Con-sul-General for Yugosalvia in Australia, recently. Dr Zarkovich, who is visiting Yugoslav communities in New Zealand, arrived at Wellington from Auckland recently. Good aconomic relations between the west- • eraa Powers and the eastern European countries were possible, said Dr Zarkovich. He emphasised that in Yugoslava there was a good~will attitude to all countries.
