Bay Of Plenty Racing Club: Summer Meeting
The Summer Meeting’ of the Bay of Plenty Racing Club will be staged at Gate Pa, Tauranga, on Saturday. With very satisfactory acceptances and many of the contestant in first class racing condition, a very interesting , day’s racing should be assured. Included in the popular candidates will be:— Papamoa Hack Hurdles: Kukw Nui, Bronze Man, Rere Tere. Stewards Handicap: Yusuf, Lola May, Pavaals. Juvenile Handicap: Strathfield, Finest Hour, Tranquil Lady. Bay of Plenty Hack Cup: Norman Knight, Jay Wind, Irish Fox. Novice Stakes: Dakota, Rimini, Lady Contact. Trial Stakes: Greek Port, Redoubt, Alacrity. .. 4 K. S. Williams Memorial: Title, Replete, Ballaview. Members’ Handicap: Bronze Pay, Venturous, Art Shade.
